Shipping Policies

My top priority is to get all these wondering goodies in your hands as fast as possible and in perfect shape. I truly wished I had little elves helping me out but this is a one gremlin-show so the following rules help me get things safely in your hands!

 

Payment Information

Make sure to double check your name, email and address when you fill out the form. If a package gets back in my hand because of an address error, it's possible to get it reshipped but note that there will be an additional shipping fee to reprocess.

Processing your Order

I allow myself 1-3 days to process any orders that come in. But on release days, depending on your level of excitement (which I'm always so grateful for!) it could take just a tiny bit longer. 

Shipping fees are calculated by weight and are subject to change usually around January when Canada Post update their prices. 

I do mark any package that is shipped through air mail as commercial goods with the exact amount they are worth. I leave it in your good hands to pay custom fees if there are any applied in your country.

All packages are shipped from Montréal, Canada. You should allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to get to you.

 

Order Cancellations & Special Requests

All sorts of things can happen and so I'm well aware that special situations can come up. In making sure orders get processed smoothly, I don't usually take cancellations because packages are done fairly quickly. If something comes up, make sure to send me a message through the contact page or email me and I will do my very best to try and solve the situation.
